CUPRA SPECIALIST

Role Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our CUPRA Specialists accompany our customers throughout the discovery, acquisition and use of our vehicles by instilling passion and providing in-depth expertise tailored to each customer’s needs.

A CUPRA Specialist will...

Maintain a close and personal relationship with customers, tailoring what they do to provide exclusive experiences.

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to both current and future customers, not just through the sales process but also throughout ownership, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
  • Build a personal relationship with the customer and provide a tailored experience, by being their single point of contact.
  • Ask openly about each customer’s needs. Be interested in knowing their interests, motivations and lifestyle. Listen actively.
  • Know the models, values and attitude of the CUPRA brand in depth.
  • Present a suitable proposition for the customer and explain how it meets their needs.
  • Accompany the customer in getting to know the vehicle.
  • Facilitate a Test Drive for the customer to experience the benefits of the vehicle for themselves.
  • Be prepared for customer concerns or objections, listen closely, and handle them appropriately.
  • Prepare information about the valuation of the customer’s current vehicle for part exchange, if applicable.
  • Collect feedback to improve the quality of customer experience, through personalised calls and satisfaction surveys.

They are sales promoters, who drive fruitful and efficient processes in online and offline channels.

  • Effectively fulfil the sales process by utilising digital media skills, optimising their time and resources.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and order-take targets for New and Approved Used.
  • Plan and manage their portfolio of customers effectively and follow up on them.
  • Prepare customer documents for handover day.
  • Handle document-signing and all other formalities during handover appointments.
  • Introduce customers to the Service department and be aware whenever their customers may be on-site for a workshop appointment.

Build brand awareness, live and share the passion of the CUPRA style.

  • Drive brand awareness and promotion of their CUPRA Garage through social media, events and online presence.
  • Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through dynamic communication and events.
  • Receive and manage the impact of any brand and product news.
  • Keep customers informed and excited by CUPRA brand and product news.
  • Engage the local community by participating in local events and initiatives.
  • Contact customers with suitable regularity to check in with their enjoyment of the vehicle and be aware of their changing needs.
