Warranty Claims Manager (Part-Time/Hybrid)

Location: CUPRA Fife, Kirkcaldy (KY1 2NL) Brands: SEAT & CUPRA Salary: £18.00 per hour (DOE) Hours: Up to 12 hours per week (Flexible/Remote options available)

About the Role CUPRA Fife is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Manager to manage warranty operations for our SEAT and CUPRA franchises. This role is ideal for a skilled administrator seeking a flexible schedule. You will ensure claims are processed efficiently, maximizing revenue while maintaining strict compliance with Volkswagen Group (VWG) standards.

• Hybrid Working: Up to 100% of the administrative side can be handled remotely once established.

Responsibilities:

• Daily submission of warranty and goodwill claims via SAGA/2.
• Reconciling warranty payments and investigating unpaid claims.
• Auditing job cards to ensure "3 Cs" (Complaint, Cause, Correction) compliance.
• Managing the retention and displacement of warranty parts.
• Advising Service Advisors and Technicians on claim validity and evidence requirements.

Requirements:

• Essential: Previous experience in Warranty Administration within the Volkswagen Group.
• Systems: Proficiency with SAGA/2 and ELSA/ElsaProis non-negotiable.
• Self-Motivated: Discipline to manage workload remotely without constant supervision.
